Cod & Brown Shrimp

 

Ingredients

 

4 x 198g cod supreme

Butter

100g Brown shrimp

Chilli flakes (optional)

Sweet sherry or vermouth (optional)

 

 

 

  1. Pan fry cod supreme in butter skin side down until crispy, season to taste  then turn and cook top
  2. Flip back to skin side down add  a little more butter then brown shrimp, heat through.  You can add the sherry / vermouth and chilli flakes  if you wish
  3. Serve with piping hot boiled New Potatoes simply tossed in a little butter and dress whole dish with fresh ground black pepper.
